Purpose and Scope of the Information Text
As Jeopark Municipalities Union, we take measures to protect your personal data in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK” or “Law”). The processing of your personal data is carried out by us as the "data controller" for the reasons and methods explained below, within the scope of KVKK and related legislation. The Information Text on the Processing of Personal Data by Jeopark Municipalities Union, prepared for the purpose of informing you transparently in accordance with Article 10 of the KVKK titled "Duty of the Data Controller to Inform," includes information on the identity of the data controller, the method and legal basis of collecting your personal data, the purposes for which these data will be processed, to whom and for what purpose they may be transferred, the duration of data processing, and your rights specified in Article 11 of the KVKK. The explanations made in the Information Text for "Your Personal Data" also cover your "Special Qualified Personal Data."

Method and Legal Basis of Collecting Your Personal Data
Your personal data may be collected automatically or non-automatically through verbal, written, or electronic means using tools used for the conduct of activities within the Municipality's affiliated units. Your personal data may be processed within the framework of the time specified by the legislation or the envisaged processing purposes and may be kept both digitally and physically. Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the purposes stated in the section "Processed Personal Data and Processing Purposes" and within the scope of the 2nd paragraph of Article 5 of Law No. 6698;

is processed within the scope of personal data processing conditions. Your personal data, including health information, will be collected for the purposes specified under the heading "Processed Personal Data and Processing Purposes" and in accordance with Article 6, paragraph 2 of Law No. 6698, either by obtaining explicit consent or by authorized persons who are only under the obligation of confidentiality for the protection of public health, preventive medicine, medical diagnosis, treatment and care services, and planning and management of health services.
Processed Personal Data
Your Personal Data is processed securely and in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law. In this context, the data listed in the table as personal data are collected;
Identity: Data group containing information about the person's identity. (e.g., Name, Surname, Date of Birth / Place of Birth, ID Number, Gender, Social Security Number, Nationality, Marital Status.)
Contact: Data group that can be used to reach the person. (e.g., Phone number, Residential Address, Email Address)
Professional Experience: Data group containing information about the person's profession. (e.g., Course - Certification Information, In-Service Training Information, Diploma Information, Foreign Language Proficiency, Professional Title, Education Level )
Visual and Auditory Records: Data group containing visual and auditory data belonging to the person. (e.g., Photograph )
Purposes of processing your collected personal data
;- Ensuring the life and property security, as well as legal, public, and occupational health and safety of natural and/or legal third-party institutions and organizations located in the central offices and units affiliated with the Municipality where municipal affairs are conducted,
- Execution of candidate selection and placement processes,
- Execution of application processes of job candidates,
- Conducting activities in compliance with regulations,
- Fulfilling legal and regulatory requirements arising from relevant laws and secondary regulations, and taking necessary measures within this scope,
- Execution of all Human Resources processes and policies of the Geopark Municipalities Union,
- Execution of municipal activities on our corporate website,
- Effective evaluation of applications received in Human Resources processes in accordance with business processes,
- Execution of inspection and/or regulation tasks to be carried out by authorized public institutions and organizations,
- Listing, reporting, verification analysis of the usage of services provided in our Municipality and all affiliated central offices and units, generating statistical and scientific information on this matter,
- Direct communication with you through communication channels shared with the municipality regarding career processes in our Municipality,
- Taking all necessary technical and administrative measures for data security for systems and applications,
will be processed for these purposes.
To Whom and for What Purpose Your Processed Personal Data May Be Transferred
By ensuring the necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure the appropriate security level in accordance with the Law on Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and related legislation, your Personal Data; - Legally authorized public institutions and organizations, limited to their requests and purposes,
- To affiliated companies of the Geopark Municipalities Union, for the purpose of fulfilling public services and ensuring their continuity,
Personal data is transferred within the framework of the conditions for processing specified in Article 8 of the Law on Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).
Processing Period and Storage Period of Data
Your personal data will be processed in compliance with the processing and expiration periods specified in all relevant laws and other legal regulations, limited to the purposes stated in this Information Text. In case of changes to the data processing periods in the laws, the newly determined periods will be taken into account.
Your personal data is processed within the period required for the fulfillment of the purposes stated in this Information Text, in accordance with the principle of limited processing, and in compliance with the Geopark Municipalities Union practices within the legal periods, including the State Archives Services legislation. After the expiration of these periods, your personal data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized. Exercising the Rights of the Data Subject:
