  Purpose and Scope of the Information Text     
As Jeopark Municipalities Union, we take measures to protect your personal data in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK” or “Law”). The processing of your personal data is carried out by us as the "data controller" for the reasons and methods explained below, within the scope of KVKK and related legislation. The Information Text on the Processing of Personal Data by Jeopark Municipalities Union, prepared for the purpose of informing you transparently in accordance with Article 10 of the KVKK titled "Duty of the Data Controller to Inform," includes information on the identity of the data controller, the method and legal basis of collecting your personal data, the purposes for which these data will be processed, to whom and for what purpose they may be transferred, the duration of data processing, and your rights specified in Article 11 of the KVKK. The explanations made in the Information Text for "Your Personal Data" also cover your "Special Qualified Personal Data."

Your personal data may be collected automatically or non-automatically through verbal, written, or electronic means using tools used for the conduct of activities within the Municipality's affiliated units. Your personal data may be processed within the framework of the time specified by the legislation or the envisaged processing purposes and may be kept both digitally and physically. Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the purposes stated in the section "Processed Personal Data and Processing Purposes" and within the scope of the 2nd paragraph of Article 5 of Law No. 6698;

Your personal data, including health information, will be collected for the purposes specified under the heading "Processed Personal Data and Processing Purposes" and in accordance with Article 6, paragraph 2 of Law No. 6698, either by obtaining explicit consent or by authorized persons who are only under the obligation of confidentiality for the protection of public health, preventive medicine, medical diagnosis, treatment and care services, and planning and management of health services.

Identity: Data group containing information about the person's identity.  (e.g., Name, Surname, Date of Birth / Place of Birth, ID Number, Gender, Social Security Number, Nationality, Marital Status.)
  Contact: Data group that can be used to reach the person.  (e.g., Phone number, Residential Address, Email Address)  
Professional Experience: Data group containing information about the person's profession.  (e.g., Course - Certification Information, In-Service Training Information, Diploma Information, Foreign Language Proficiency, Professional Title, Education Level )
  Visual and Auditory Records: Data group containing visual and auditory data belonging to the person.  (e.g., Photograph )
  Purposes of processing your collected personal data ;
  • Ensuring the life and property security, as well as legal, public, and occupational health and safety of natural and/or legal third-party institutions and organizations located in the central offices and units affiliated with the Municipality where municipal affairs are conducted,
  • Execution of candidate selection and placement processes,
  • Execution of application processes of job candidates,
  • Conducting activities in compliance with regulations,
  • Fulfilling legal and regulatory requirements arising from relevant laws and secondary regulations, and taking necessary measures within this scope,
  • Execution of all Human Resources processes and policies of the Geopark Municipalities Union,
  • Execution of municipal activities on our corporate website,
  • Effective evaluation of applications received in Human Resources processes in accordance with business processes,
  • Execution of inspection and/or regulation tasks to be carried out by authorized public institutions and organizations,
  • Listing, reporting, verification analysis of the usage of services provided in our Municipality and all affiliated central offices and units, generating statistical and scientific information on this matter,
  • Direct communication with you through communication channels shared with the municipality regarding career processes in our Municipality,
  • Taking all necessary technical and administrative measures for data security for systems and applications,
will be processed for these purposes.  
To Whom and for What Purpose Your Processed Personal Data May Be Transferred      By ensuring the necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure the appropriate security level in accordance with the Law on Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and related legislation, your Personal Data;  
  • Legally authorized public institutions and organizations, limited to their requests and purposes,
  • To affiliated companies of the Geopark Municipalities Union, for the purpose of fulfilling public services and ensuring their continuity,
Personal data is transferred within the framework of the conditions for processing specified in Article 8 of the Law on Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).
  Processing Period and Storage Period of Data      Your personal data will be processed in compliance with the processing and expiration periods specified in all relevant laws and other legal regulations, limited to the purposes stated in this Information Text. In case of changes to the data processing periods in the laws, the newly determined periods will be taken into account.  
Your personal data is processed within the period required for the fulfillment of the purposes stated in this Information Text, in accordance with the principle of limited processing, and in compliance with the Geopark Municipalities Union practices within the legal periods, including the State Archives Services legislation. After the expiration of these periods, your personal data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.       • Performance of services to be carried out within the scope of the duties and responsibilities of the Geopark Municipalities Union according to Law No. 5393 on Municipalities and relevant legislation,
      • Fulfillment of legal and regulatory requirements arising from all relevant laws and secondary regulations, such as Law No. 5651 on the Regulation of Publications Made on the Internet and Combating Crimes Committed Through These Publications, the State Archives Services Regulation, and the Regulation on Archives Services, and the execution of audit and/or regulatory tasks to be carried out by authorized public institutions and organizations,
      • Listing, reporting, verification analysis of the usage of services offered in all our centers and units affiliated with our municipality, conducting statistical and scientific studies in this regard, improving our products and services, increasing satisfaction with our services, and making customizations related to the user in this context,
      • Fulfillment of risk management and quality improvement activities,
      • Taking all necessary technical and administrative measures for system and application security within the scope of data security,
      will be processed for the purposes.
      To Whom and For What Purpose Your Processed Personal Data Can be Transferred    By ensuring the necessary technical and administrative measures to provide the appropriate level of security in accordance with the KVKK and relevant legislation, your Personal Data/Personal Data will be

Your personal data will be processed within the limits of the purposes specified in this Information Text, in compliance with the data processing and expiration periods stipulated in all relevant laws and other legal regulations that Geopark Municipalities Union and its affiliated centers and units are subject to. In case of any changes in the data processing periods in the laws, the newly determined periods will be taken into account.
  Your personal data is processed for the fulfillment of the purposes stated in this Information Text, limited to the period required by the State Archives Services legislation and, in any case, in accordance with the legal periods, including municipal practices. After the expiration of these periods, your data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized. Identity: Data group containing information about the person's identity. (e.g., Name, Surname, Date of Birth / Place of Birth, Turkish ID Number, Gender, Social Security Registration Number, Nationality, Marital Status)  
Contact: Data group that can be used to reach the person. (e.g., Phone Number, Residential Address, Email Address)
  Customer Transaction Data: Information necessary for processing transactions of individuals who use products or services. (e.g., Subscriber Number, Invoice and Receipt Information, Financial Status Information)
  Finance: Data group containing the person's financial information. (e.g., Bank Account Number, IBAN)
  Legal Transaction: This data category includes information about the person's legal transactions. (e.g., Salary Deduction Information, Execution Files and Judicial, Administrative Lawsuit Information)

  Processing purposes of your collected personal data ;
  • Conducting necessary activities by relevant departments to enable individuals and/or legal entities with a relationship with the municipality (employees, visitors, suppliers, business partners, etc.) to benefit from the services of our municipality and/or its affiliated centers and units,
  • Performing services within the scope of the duties and responsibilities of the Geopark Municipalities Association, in accordance with Law No. 5393 on Municipalities and relevant legislation,
  • Execution of e-municipality activities on our corporate website and mobile applications,
  • Ensuring the safety of life and property, as well as legal, public, and occupational health and safety of individuals and/or legal entities in the Geopark Municipalities Association or its affiliated centers and units,
  • Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements arising from or related to the Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098, Municipal Law No. 5393, Law No. 5651 on Regulation of Publications on the Internet and Combating Crimes Committed through These Publications, Law No. 1319 on Property Tax, Law No. 3194 on Zoning, Law No. 4708 on Building Inspection, Population Services Law, Law No. 5326 on Misdemeanors, Public Procurement Law No. 4734, Condominium Ownership Law No. 634, Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, Tax Procedure Law No. 213, Marriage Regulation No. 2169, Regulation on State Archives Services, and all relevant laws and secondary regulations, and taking necessary measures in this context,
  • Execution of inspection and/or regulatory tasks by authorized public institutions and organizations,
  • Fulfilling requests for information and documents from judicial authorities and/or administrative authorities,
  • Listing, reporting, verification, and analysis of the usage of services provided on our municipality's website and mobile applications, generating statistical and scientific information, improving our services, increasing satisfaction with our services, and making customizations based on user preferences,
  • Conducting market research, promotion, and necessary information dissemination related to our services, evaluating complaints and suggestions, and establishing direct communication with you through communication channels shared with the municipality,
  • Planning and managing the financing of all provided services, invoicing,
  • Improving and developing our service standards, determining and implementing business strategies through evaluations of new technologies and applications,
  • Creating communication strategies for transparent and fair communication between the Geopark Municipalities Association and citizens,
  • Conveying criticisms of the Geopark Municipalities Association's services and investments to relevant units and preparing measures for public relations,
  • Redirecting and timely and accurately concluding applications made under the Right to Information Law and the Presidency Communication Center (CIMER),
  • Ensuring compliance with legal obligations in accordance with regulatory and supervisory authorities, as required by legal regulations,
  • Taking all necessary technical and administrative measures for data security in the context of system and application security,
will be processed for the purposes specified.

To Whom and for What Purpose Your Processed Personal Data May Be Transferred     By ensuring the necessary technical and administrative measures are taken to ensure the appropriate level of security in accordance with the Protection of Personal Data Law (KVKK) and related legislation, your personal data will be;  
  • In line with the requests of relevant public institutions and organizations, and limited to the purpose of the request, to legally authorized public institutions and organizations,
  • To municipal subsidiaries with which we have a corporate and legal relationship for the purpose of carrying out public services and ensuring their continuity,

  • To our suppliers, limited to the provision of products and services and the preparation and implementation of strategies related to our public services,
It is transferred within the framework of the personal data processing conditions specified in Article 8 of the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK).

Data Processing Period and Retention Period     Your personal data will be processed within the limits of the purposes specified in this Information Text; It will be processed in compliance with all relevant laws and other legal regulations governing data processing and expiration periods that the Jeopark Municipalities Union and the centers and units affiliated with the Jeopark Municipalities Union are subject to. Purpose and Scope of the Information Notice

Jeopark Municipalities Union takes measures to protect your personal data under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK" or "Law"). We process your personal data in accordance with KVKK and relevant legal regulations, as explained below, as the "data controller" for the reasons and methods specified.

  • Execution of duties and tasks of authorized public institutions and organizations for inspection and/or regulation,
  • Fulfillment of information and document requests by judicial authorities and/or administrative authorities,
  • Creation and follow-up of visitor records and conduct of communication activities in this context,
  • Taking all necessary technical and administrative measures for data security, systems, and applications,

To whom and for what purpose your processed personal data can be transferred   
In order to ensure an appropriate level of security in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and relevant legislation, necessary technical and administrative measures are taken to protect your Personal Data.
Your personal data may be transferred to legally authorized public institutions and organizations within the framework of the conditions for processing personal data specified in Article 8 of the KVKK Law, upon the requests of relevant public institutions and organizations and for the purposes of such requests.

Data Processing Duration and Storage Period     
Your personal data will be processed within the timeframes and expiration periods stipulated in all relevant laws and other legal regulations that Jeopark and its affiliated centers and units are subject to. In case of any changes in the data processing periods specified in the laws, the newly determined periods will be taken into account.
