Due to June 5 being World Environment Day, environmental cleaning was carried out in the Kula Divlit Volcanic Park area, one of the important geosites of the Kula-Salihli UNESCO Global Geopark. Kula District Governor Kemal Duru, municipal staff, district national education director Zakir Okumuş, non-governmental organizations, geopark personnel and the public participated in the environmental cleaning. On Environment Day, messages were given to keep our nature clean.
