Manisa Salihli Durasıllı Şehit Mustafa Kozak Primary School 4th grade students and teachers organized a trip to the geosites of the Kula - Salihli UNESCO Global Geopark, which has one of the youngest volcanic lands in Turkey, in order to gain information about landforms, volcanism and ground movements. . During the educational tour, in which approximately 60 students and teachers participated, a tour of Historical Kula Houses was also organized in order to provide cultural information to the students. While Kula – Salihli UNESCO Global Geopark employees accompanied the students at the event, the educational tour was organized by Volkan Kaz, one of the school teachers.
