Manisa Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Advisor Architect Azmi Açıkdil, who came together regarding the projects and activities to be carried out in Kula and Salihli, Kula-Salihli UNESCO Global Geopark Coordinators Prof. Dr. Tuncer Demir and Assoc. Dr. A. Serdar Aytaç and Geopark employees came together and held a meeting about the projects to be carried out in 2022. The team toured the area where the Geopark Visitor Center will be built, fairy chimneys, Çakırca Basalt Columns, Adala and many geosites in Salihli, took notes on what needed to be done and contacted the necessary units.
